Our Commitment to Quality

The directors and management of Thomas Electronics of Australia believe that a commitment to quality is essential to the ongoing success of the company. For this reason we will not compromise our standards under any circumstances.

One of the most important principles used in developing and managing our quality system is the achievement of consistency in all activities undertaken.

Our quality policy is to achieve consistency by maintaining control of our processes through measurement, statistical analysis and the use of documented procedures.  Consistency will be maintained in the long term through applying the principles of continuous improvement, and by involving customers, employees and suppliers in the improvement process.

We recognise that the skills of our employees are some of TEOA's most valuable assets.   TEOA is committed to identifying the need for, and facilitating employee skill enhancement.  Our aim is to foster a company culture in which all employees contribute to quality assurance, take responsibility, and are committed to initiating corrective action in order to avoid recurrence of issues.

The ongoing implementation of our quality assurance management system ensures that all aspects of company performance and procedures are documented, monitored and reviewed so that our customers' expectations are met and exceeded.

We are committed to building strong, long-lasting relationships with our suppliers and customers through the adoption of a structured quality system.  It will ensure that an attitude of dedication to quality exists throughout the company.

Thomas Electronics of Australia's quality systems ensure:

  • Our customers' requirements are completely understood
  • Each task within each process is defined
  • All processes are fully documented
  • All employees have defined responsibilities
